4 oz. turkey, 1 banana, 3.5t. peanut butter
~4P, 3C, 7F
Lunch
2 Scottish eggs, 1 c. strawberries, 1t. almond butter, 9 almonds
~6P, 2C, 5F
Snack
zone bar
2P, 2C, 4F
Dinner
Oh man where do I start? I went to Souplantation. Not the greatest place to find protein sources soo… Clam chowder with oyster crackers, blueberry muffin with butter, 1c. Greek salad(lettuce, tomatoes, fetta cheese, olives, tomatoes, olive oil dressing) 3- 1 oz. slices of pizza of some sort, 3- 2 inch square by 1/2 in thick peanut butter bars with chocolate chips (yum), 1 small choc. chip cookie, tall glass of strawberry lemonade to wash it all down.
Then I came home and had- too many girl scout cookies, a brownie, 3 glasses of wine and popcorn.
Total- maybe 14P, no idea about carbs or fat, except to say they were excessive, delicious and I enjoyed every one of them.
