big salad w turkey, salami, tomatoes, cucumbers, feta cheese and slivered almonds

oreos, m&ms and milk
Kentucky bourbon six doollar burger, fries, 1/3 orange cream shake
more m&ms, oreos milk
Weigh in- 190.6 lbs, 8.8% bodyfat. I get the lowest bodyfat readings on the Tanita scale lat in the day on a full stomach for some reason. Weird.
