Breakfast
protein shake- 1 1/2 c. milk, 2/3 banana, 2T almond butter
decaf coffee with 1/2T coconut oil
Lunch
3 eggs fried in butter with a little shredded cheddar
4 strips of bacon
decaf with 1T cream
Snack
Healthy Choice Fudge Bar
Dinner
fish with mayo and garlic basil sauce
salad with pine nuts, tomatoes, slivered almonds and ranch
strawberries, blueberries and bananas with whipped cream
