10 overhead anyhow, 55 lb dumbbells
15 pullups

3:24 strict press.50 lb db’s, still trying to decide if 55’s were going to be too much. All the rest were with the 55’s
3:52 strict press
4:02 strict press
4:56 strict press for 5, push press for 5
5:06 push jerks

Time 21:22

All pullups unbroken.
