Death By Tabata

Tabata Deadlift and Burpee
Professional– 275 lbs
Collegiate/Amateur – 185 lbs
*Start the clock and perform as many reps as possible for 20 seconds of deadlifts. Rest 10 seconds. Then perform as many burpees as possible in 20 seconds. Rest 10 seconds. Repeat this 14 more times for a total of 16 sets. Your score is counted by the total number of reps in 16 sets; 8 alternating sets of deadlifts and burpees .

I went with the ameteur weight after the total so 185 lbs for the deadlift.

Deadlift: 12-10-7-6-5-6-5-5 56
Burpee: 8-7-7-7-6-4-5-6 50

    Congrats on the 1K CFT, Murray! I don't know how I missed this on your WOD log. Best of luck on your 30 day challenge, nutrition is the hardest CF discipline for me to master.

    Thanks Dave. Ya nutrition has always been my Achilles heel. It helps to have the primal challenge going on as well as Melissa Byer's challenge so I'm not alone.
