Primal challenge day 5

Breakfast
Protein shake with whole milk, peanut butter, and a banana
Lunch
Kielbasa with broccoli, pumpkin seeds
Dinner
Zucchini fried in olive oil and smothered in spaghetti sauce and ground beef
Snack
pumpkin seeds, banana with peanut butter

I got pretty hungry today about 4 hours after breakfast, but it passed after about a half hour. I hadn’t brought any lunch to work with me as I thought I’d be home around lunchtime. Again after dinner I got that familiar urge to eat even though I wasn’t particularly hungry. So far so good other than that, energy level was fine.
