Primal challenge day 8

Progress after 1 week
Waist at naval- 36″ (-1″)
Weight- 188 lbs (-8.2 lbs) evening weight 191.6 (-4.6lbs)
Bodyfat%- 15.5 in the a.m. (+2%) 11.8 in the p.m. (+1%)
My measurements are taken in the morning when I’m fasted, which is apparently beneficial to all the measurements except bodyfat. My Tanita scale reads higher when I’m fasted possibly because of hydration in my muscle cells, as it is an elecrical impulse derived reading.

I took another look at the Tanita scale in the evening and the numbers were different. So I guess my everage weight loss would be 6.4 lbs to date, and average body % change is +1.5. So far I look and feel better, I just hope the bodyfat % doesn’t keep going up.

Breakfast
Protein shake with almond butter, whole milk and a banana
Lunch
Celery and peanut butter, 1/2 lb cheeseburger minus the bun, with mayo, catsup, peppercinis, lettuce and tomato.
Dinner
Bratwurst with onions and peppers cooked in olive oil, grapes
