Breakfast
Protein shake with banana and almond butter (too much peanut butter lately)
Lunch
Italian sausage and sourkraut. 1/2 an avocado, peanuts and cashews
Snack
Lara bar
Dinner
Fried fish, broccoli with garlic butter, and a couple frozen grapes
