Primal challenge day 17

Breakfast
Sausage, scrambled eggs with tomato and chipotle salsa, strawberries and 1/2 a banana in cream
Lunch
leftover hamburger, bacon and beans. banana with pb
Dinner
brats with onions, sourkraut, bean sprouts. salad with tomato, toasted pine nuts, olives and organic ranch dressing.
Snack
spoonful of pb
