Weight is holding steady at 189
Bodyfat holding at 10%
Waist at naval 35 1/2 (-1/4″ from last week, -1 1/2″ from day 1)

Breakfast
eggs, bacon, strawberries and banana in cream
Snack
shrimp, fruit, a date, almond butter
Lunch
2 buffalo dogs, salad, 1/2 an apple with pb
Snack
Lara bar, almonds
Dinner
2 hamburger patties on a bed of lettuce, onion, tomato, peppercinis mayo and catsup. salad. pb and a date
Snack
banana with pb
