30 day weigh in:
Weight- 188.8 lbs (-7.4 lbs from day 1)
Bodyfat- 8.8%  (-2% from day 1)
Waist at navel- 35 1/4″ (-1 3/4″ from day 1)
Waist above hip bones- 34″ (-1.5″ from day 1)

Breakfast
eggs and bacon with cheese, mixed berries in cream
Lunch
2 chicken and apple sausages, garlicky summer squash fritters, banana with pb and almond butter, 1 small orange
Dinner
fish with garlic and sesame seeds, zucchini with carmelized onions topped with parmesan, salad with cherry tomatos, cucumber and vinaigrette dressing, 1 date

Row 1000 meters
95 pound barbell Thruster, 21 reps
21 Pull-ups
Row 750 meters
95 pound barbell Thruster, 15 reps
15 Pull-ups
Row 500 meters
95 pound barbell Thruster, 9 reps
9 Pull-ups

I did 90 lb thrusters as there was no 95 lb barbell there and I didn’t want to drag an Olympic bar over to the rower area. Time- 18:42
