Mild Italian sausage fried up with red onion, red and yellow peppers in olive oil with some tomato and Italian seasoning thrown in the last few minutes. Leftover fruit salad
Snack
cashews 
Dinner
chicken with lemon, thyme, soy sauce and honey fried in olive oil. mushrooms, zucchini and onion fried up in olive oil with thyme 
Snack
strawberries and banana in cream
