Monday, week 2

60 lb dumbbell:
1+2+3 Military Press Ladders, 7 sets = 42 reps each side

55 lb dumbbell:
18 swings per minute for 12 minutes = 216 swings
(approx 1:1 rest/work ratio)

All swings were unbroken and took about 35-40 seconds, then I rested till about 1:40 before starting the next round.
