Back squat 5-5-5-5

Pretty straightforward, squats felt good. I didn’t do the full 5×5 as my legs were feeling kind of crampy. The weight felt good but I didn’t want to hurt myself. I pushed it a little too far last week with the 185 overhead and my right shoulder is still a bit tender (rotator cuff maybe?). I don’t want to do too much too soon.
