WOD Tuesday 060810

AMRAP in 20 minutes:

50 double unders
5 muscle-ups

6 rounds and 47 double unders. I went ahead and finished the 7th round with a total time of 21:09

I haven’t done muscle ups in a long time so they were a little awkward at first, but the first 5 were unbroken. The double unders are coming along but as soon as I get tired, they fall apart. I have fun trying though and it feels good when I can string a few together (I think 25 is about the most I’ve done consecutively.)
