Crossfit San Diego’s Free Saturday workout:

3 rounds with 1 minute at each station and 1 minute rest between rounds, fight gone bad style. Complete as many reps as possible at each station:

1.5 pood Kettlebell swings
30 lb dumbbell push presses
Row for calories
20 lb wallballs
Tire flips with jump through (not sure of the tire weight)

Round 1- 101 reps
Round 2- 84 reps
Round 3- 73 reps

Total: 258
