Tuesday 8-7-12

Bear Complex –

7 sets of the following sequence equals 1 round:
Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Push Press(from back rack)

5 rounds – Men start @ 95, Women @ 65, add weight after each round, work up to a max. There is no time component to this WOD but once you start a round the bar cannot touch the ground or there is a 25 burpee penalty to be done immediately.
