Workout of the Day:

Deadlift – 6 X 3 on the minute – moderate weight- 275

Good mornings – 3 X max reps(45/30) Keep good form with your back. Remember this is for your hamstrings & glutes not your lower back

then:

10 Burpee Pull-ups or (8 Muscle-ups)

3 Round for time of:

12 Toes to bar

400M Run

10 Deadlifts(BW)-205

then: 10 Burpee Pull-ups or (8 muscle-ups)

13:50 Rx (M/U)

Please spend a few minutes working on your upper back shoulder flexibility.
