On the minute X 20:

1 Power Clean

1 Push Press

1 Split Jerk

(all at 70% of your new 1RM Push Press)

In remainder of the minute, chip away at the following until complete

25 Pull-ups

25 Burpees

25 Hollow Rocks

25 Jumping Squats

155 finished chipper at 7:40
