A. Review Front Squat – Your coach will spend 10 minutes reviewing proper mechanics

B. Front Squat – 5 @ 75%, 5 @ 80%, 5 @ 85% x max reps percentage based on 90% 1rm

C. 3 Rounds for time of:

1 Minute Med Ball Cleans(20/14)

1 Minute rest

1 Minute Tire flips(modify to Deadlifts135/95)

1 Minute rest

1 Minute KB Swings(53/35)

1 Minute rest

212 reps rx
